This website gives information about Speedoo's services. A request sent through the website, WhatsApp or phone is not a booking until our team confirms it, including the price and times.
Accurate information
You must give accurate and complete information, and be allowed to share the details of other people in your request, such as the order's receiver or a student.
Prices and payment
Prices are set when the service is confirmed. Amounts a driver collects on behalf of stores are settled with them under their agreement and statement.
Acceptable use
Don't send false requests, use the website automatically, try to access our systems or other people's data, or use the website in any way that harms it or our clients.
Store accounts
Speedoo creates store dashboard accounts. The account holder is responsible for keeping the password secret and for activity on the account.
Liability
We do everything we can to deliver on time, but things outside our control such as traffic, weather or a wrong address can affect this. Liability for goods is set out in each client's agreement.
