What we collect
What you send us when you request a service or contact us: name, phone number, address, times and order details.
For school transport requests: the student's name, school stage, and the school's name and address, sent by a parent or guardian.
This website never asks for payment card or bank account details.
How we use it
To answer your request, arrange and carry out the service, contact you about it, keep the records our work and accounting need, and protect the website from automated misuse and spam. We never use your data for advertising and never sell it.
Children's data
Students' details are sent by a parent or guardian only, are used only to arrange transport, and are seen only by the staff handling the request and the driver assigned to the trip.
Who can see it
Only the Speedoo staff who need it. A driver gets what the trip requires, such as name, address and phone number. We do not share data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Service requests sent through the website are deleted automatically 12 months after they are closed, and spam after 30 days. Records of completed orders are kept as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
How we protect it
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), limit access to data by each staff member's role, and protect the website against automated sending and tampering.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. The store dashboard uses one cookie that is needed to stay signed in.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us, in line with Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
